  Horse cart rides can be arranged

  Ouberg Pass - a beautiful old time gravel pass which links the escarpment with the Tankwa region - a sheer drop of some 700 metres !
  N.P. van Wyk Louw museum at Sutherland provides a history of the development of the Afrikaans language. Visits by appointment only.
